CACH hopes to be able to provide meaningful dialogue among community members, agencies, and business that will help create solutions to address homelessness and poverty in the Chester, Lancaster, and York area. Those who are apart of CACH are able to find out about new community resources, receive information regarding grants, and receive additional support.
