In alignment with the Housing First model, Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) works to reduce homelessness by swiftly connecting individuals and families experiencing homelessness with permanent housing through the provision of rental assistance and supportive services.

In an effort to reduce homelessness in Chester, Lancaster, and York counties, our organization is applying for funding for a Rapid ReHousing program. To ensure the success of the program, we intend to sub-grant funding to agencies that can provide case management to program participants, ensuring they maintain their housing during and after the program's completion.

The deadline to submit your application is 11:59 PM on June 30th, 2024.
